Vehicle Service Contract

Your RV turns your dreams into reality. When the road less traveled isn’t always the smoothest, the best-laid plans can be derailed. Whether you own a motor home, travel trailer, fifth wheel, or pop-up, the risk of mechanical breakdown is always there – but so is EasyCare. Protect your vehicle and your wallet from unplanned repairs that may result in significant out-of-pocket expenses. Our RV Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) offers a range of options to suit your budget and driving habits so that you can focus solely on the journey ahead. Plus, our contracts are renewable and transferable, and repairs can be completed at any licensed repair facility.
 
  • Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA)
    • ERA service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States or Canada for battery jump start, flat tire change, fluid delivery, and lockout assistance. $500 maximum benefit per occurrence.
  • RV Technical Assistance Service
    • Basic troubleshooting and common operation support from a team of certified repair technicians to help with issues like power problems, various appliance issues, and slide out room retraction.
  • Mobile Mechanic Service Call
    • Sign and Drive coverage up to $125 per incident for on-site repairs performed by a licensed repair technician.
  • Trip Interruption
    • Food and lodging reimbursement of up to $500 per occurrence, not to exceed $100 per day, if you break down and are required to remain overnight more than 100 miles from home.
  • Concierge Service
    • Full concierge services (where permitted) to help with driving directions, camp ground referral, traffic reports, hotel/restaurant reservations, and much more to make your travel experience as convenient as possible.
  • Substitute Transportation Reimbursement
    • Substitute transportation is available for up to six days and a maximum daily rate of $50 if your motorhome is in the shop for a covered repair.

Limited Warranty

Road hazards are always unpredictable, so make sure you are prepared when you set out. EasyCare’s DriverCare ensures stability and safety with tire and wheel repair and replacement, trip interruption, Roadside Assistance, and towing and winch-out services. DriverCare can be utilized at any licensed repair facility and your coverage can transfer to new owners.
  • Tire & Wheel Repair & Replacement
    • EasyCare will pay for the cost to repair or, if non-repairable, to replace tires and wheels that have been damaged due to road hazards like glass, metal, potholes, rocks, nails, tree limbs, and more.
  • Trip Interruption
    • If you have to stay overnight more than 50 miles from your home address while waiting for covered repairs to be completed, EasyCare will reimburse up to $100 per day for meals and lodging for the first three consecutive days.
  • Roadside Assistance
    • You will have access to Roadside Assistance while your contract is in force. Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
  • Towing & Winch-Out Service
    • EasyCare will get your RV and your tow vehicle from your location to a repair facility. Towing and winch-out services are covered up to $500. Winch-out services apply as long as your vehicle and/or tow vehicle is within 25 feet of an established thoroughfare that can be safely reached.

DriverCare
